The data you send me by email or WhatsApp: name, contact details, date, number of people, accommodation or ship details, route preferences and your message. I use it to reply, prepare your proposal and, if you book, to organise and run the tour.

Pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, if you book, performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who it is shared with
Only with those needed to provide the service you request, such as the tour’s transport. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through that service, subject to its own privacy policy. I never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long I keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry or provide the service and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@rofetourslanzarote.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
